Taekwondo

I began taking Tae Kwon Do lessons for free here on campus from a couple of good friends who just happen to be black belts in the art- 2nd degree! So far I have learned many things, the most noteworthy being the infamous roundhouse kick that Walker Texas Ranger is noted for.  On thing that is very important in the art is the 'Kiop' or the 'yell.' As you may have seen in many Asian foreign films that you and Clare have seen, the ninjas have to yell. This helps one to release hits with maximum strength.  So, moral of the story, KIOP!!!
